My Michigan State Spartans whooped the U of M weasels in their own house yesterday! So very exciting. I've been giving Paul and Brent heck about it, but they both agree.I have never (or at least rarely) had the opportunity to say that, so I have a little right. :-)

GO SPARTANS! We have a great team this year-the Wolverines, not so much. They just plain suck, for lack of a better term.

Go Bears!!!

I am rooting for the Bears. Paul is rooting for the Colts. Paul's prediciton is that the Colts will win by 13. I think it's going to be 28-17 Bears. Paul is going to a coworkers house to watch the game tonight and I am going to read and maybe scrapook and just relax at home. Anyway, I just wanted to say.....

Bears Training Camp

Today I won tickets for the Bears Training Camp! I have been trying for the last two days. Shine.fm was giving away family packs of four tickets like crazy. So, I kept trying to call.

Well, the last pack was going to be given away just before five today. So, I was hoping to get my call in. Some other lady got it. But she lost the game! So, I called back immediately and it was ME!!! And I won the game! So, we got tickets to the Training Camp tonight and ONU caps and McDonald's gift cards. It was worth like $100 if not a little more!!!! Training Camp was so stupidly boring. They don't scrimage, they just practice. Seriously, who would pay $20 a ticket to watch a bunch of big egotistical guys practice. And not practice hard-just running around catching the ball and stuff. It was really stupid. People would cheer when someone made a catch and I was like, "What the heck?" Seriously, it was sooooo funny!

Anyway, we obviously went. It was a nice free thing that we could do and the weather was just beautiful. So, it was nice to have something to do. And I think that Paul liked it, so that makes it worth it. I have some pictures, but they aren't very good.

That was our evening. We're getting up early tomorrow to head into Chicago so that we can see the Tall Ships!!! Have a good one.
